William (Steve) Carrier, III

As the former Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Planning at Northrop Grumman Information Technology, Mr. Carrier was responsible for mergers and acquisitions, long-range strategic planning, growth strategies, and communications. He also served as the principal interface between Northrop Grumman IT and corporate Legislative Affairs.

At Northrop Grumman, Mr. Carrier led their program to develop and manage alliances and partnerships with other industry leaders and emerging technology companies. Prior to this, he spent four years at Cordant, leaving as Vice President of Marketing & Sales and five years at PRC, leaving as Director of C3 New Business. Mr. Carrier also served for 23 years in the U.S. Army working in several information technology and communications roles.

Mr. Carrier has a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Nebraska and an MBA in industrial and interpersonal relations from the InterAmerica University in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
