"According to INPUT's analysis of the new fiscal year 2007 federal procurement spending data, federal spending on task order contract vehicles, such as GSA-managed governmentwide acquisition contracts (GWACs) and agency-managed task order vehicles, such as SeaPort and ITES, increased by 39% over 2006.
