DHS announces $844 million in grant awards, a 29 percent increase from 2007

Google Health Launches as California Encourages Citizens to Gather Medical Records

This week California's Department of Insurance issued a report urging Californians to use personal health records (PHRs). The report states that PHRs allow people to better manage their health care and handle their health insurance claims but that actual usage is low because of lack of consumer awareness. Well most people know Google, and Google is getting to know a little bit more about you through the beta launch of their PHR tool called Google Health. » Read Blog
